Pottery Barn - Constant Shipping/Delivery DELAY - nightmare customer service
Incredibly disappointing service by Pottery Barn and time and time again we are advised that the delivery of an item has been delayed with no further guarantee of an upcoming delivery. It is unethical to sell a product that they have no intention of fulfilling or meeting the delivery order.
Customer Service are of little help and there just is NOT any transparency.
Terrible service and would encourage you to look elsewhere for larger items other than token kids cutlery or backpacks. Do NOT order furniture items of any description as at this stage from time of payment it has been over 4 months.
