Pottery Barn doesn't care about Global Warming !

Ordered 4 items from PB. First the pillowcases were delivered. Next the flat sheet. Fitted sheet will come in another week. Pillow shams will come last - a month after the pillowcases. Each of these items are delivered separately. Not only is this ridiculous for the customer, (I'm hanging on to the pillowcases and flat sheet, unopened , just in case they never come up with the fitted sheet), but more importantly, it is such a waste of resources! Sending a truck to my house 4 different times! Ever heard of Global Warming??

Sorry for your troubles with the sofa sectional. I purchased a large sectional slip covered sofa 7 years ago in WHITE.

The “white” slip covers have washed beautifully time and time again but the structure is bad.

Was trying to decide whether to purchase a new one or shop elsewhere. After reading your comments and comments by others will look for another store.

I agree. In my 45 years of furnishing my home, Pottery Barn is by far the absolute worst in quality and customer service. I WILL never buy anything from Pottery Barn Again!!!
