Wrong suze

Tried to return Christmas gift at store. First told had to get permission to return item because it was purchased during Black Friday. Next told item not available to make an exchange and that I had to get a merchandise credit. When I refused, told only give could credit to original card holder. When I called customer service was told no supervisor available to talk to me. No gift this year, as I refuse to ask gift giver for refund.

User's recommendation: Don't shop Pottery Barn.

If the gift giver did not enclose a gift receipt, all you are entitled to is store credit.

Delivery service on furniture

Without a doubt AWFUL. To get an answer on delivery. Impossible. Was supposed to be in stock. Yeah sure. The store manager is trying hard, but she Is unable to get a straight advice dont waist your time. Frustrated. Really didnt need the stress. No Christmas delivery and now no new year delivery
