Pottery Barn - Chair Review
Please tell me why I'm getting a store credit for a fraudulent sale at Pottery Barn. See pictures. Item for sale was chair and slip cover. Well I received the order and it's just the slipcovers. Called PB they said the chair is not included. I asked if I could return the slipcovers since I have no chairs to put them on and I was told that my bank would be refunded.
Pottery Barn Customer Care Review
I was at the naperville store with my kid to make a purchase but the ladies at the check out counter appeared rude and inaccessible. I was the only person waiting and there were three employees at the counter but no one cared to help me out. They seemed to be deliberately rude and discriminating. Never stepping into this store ever again but guess it wouldn't matter to the employees anyways.
Pottery Barn Customer Care Review
I am disgusted and appalled by the practices of this company. Unfair business practices by Pottery Barn are unacceptable and should not be tolerated by consumers. I was charged double my payment because of a "technology" error as they could not locate my bank account that had sufficient funds to pay my bill. They would not waive the fee which is absurd. Poor practice!
Gift Card Review
I found an pottery barn GC while I was packing my home for a move. Tried to use the card & PB never activated it! Customer service is giving me the run around! They drop my calls! Terrible customer service- I will never shop there again!
