I am so disappointed with pottery ban's duvet cover sets I purchased recently. After one dry cleaning, the color changed from sandalwood to green.

Purchased a second duvet thinking perhaps it was the dry cleaners fault. The same thing happened again after using a different dry cleaner.

The staff and customer service department at Pottery ban, Dubai mall were not willing to assist me in exchanging the cover dispute having proof of payment and the cover being purchased one month ago. Now I am stuck with 2 duvet covers which does not match 6 pillow cases.

What a waste of my money which I've worked hard for. If I know, I would have purchased from IKEA, better quality and better customer service

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.
