Pottery Barn - Coupons
Had a $200 coupon with expiration date. I was told it would never expire. Finally found items but coupon was not honored because of the expiration date. Very disappointed since I continually asked about this and was assured no problem to use coupon after expiration date

Pottery Barn - Customer Care Review from Riverside, California
The pottery barn store in Macarthur mall.in Norfolk VA is the most racist store i have ever been to. As long as the store has been in the mall they do not ackowledge black customers. I have never walked into the store and been greeted or asked if i needed help. But when a white customer walks in after me they are immediately ackowledged and offered assistance. Unless you are a middle aged white person in general do not expect to be helped by any salesperson.
