I spent over $2,500 for my PB Comfort couch in grade E fabric. I spent more for the fabric upgrade and was told "it's brand new and the fabric that will last the longest. You could leave it outside and it would still be fine...that's how durable it is." Fast forward 5 months later and the back cushions are pilling like a cheap sweater! The worst part is...I live alone so there's never anyone on it! I cannot believe I wasted so much money on such a cheap sofa.

I am so surprised that Pottery Barn is so horrible with their online orders and delivery service. I ordered one small birch branch. I am so glad that's all I have ever ordered from them. The item did not arrive. There was no follow through. Very unhappy customer. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Pottery Barn review in San Francisco, California: Bathroom Ceiling Light Rust
I purchased a Mercer Flushmount ceiling light in 2012 to match the rest of the Mercer bathroom pieces in my remodel project. The product description claims the mount is "thickly plated" and it's clearly intended for bathroom use. Two years later, the mount is badly rusted despite being right next to the ceiling exhaust fan. The glass shade broke at the center screw hole and is now useless: this is a design flaw as a simple chrome washer would spread the strain caused the central attaching screw. Pottery Barn does not stock a replacement glass shade. All I got from them was that I only had 30 days to get a replacement so I was out of luck. So, cheesy product construction with no customer service.
Have tried to order a craft table. Ordered on January 28. Continuous change in backorder info...we designed our office around this table...and am wondering if we will ever receive it. The dates just keep slipping. They still advertise these tables...but it doesn't...
