I bought a $5000 Cameron Roll Arm sectional with grade D slipcovers. After barely sitting on them for 6 months the fabric pilled terribly.
Pottery Barn replaced them with worse slip covers only this time they took almost 9 months to get a resolution. The fabric is terribly defective, The customer service told me they should warn you at the store that the fabric has a history of pilling. Now I am past the 1 year mark. Because they took 9 months to tell me they aren't going to do anything about it.
So now I have this huge sectional that I HATE! I hate how it feels on my skin.
I was just about to buy 2 side chairs from them but I am so afraid that they will do the same thing. I am so embarrassed by the level of their service!!
