I purchased a rocker (for $1700) in November – was told I would receive in January. After much back-and-forth with the company – we still haven’t received our chair.

We’ve spent countless hours calling, going into Pottery Barns, etc to try and get a final delivery date on the chair and still nothing. DO NOT waste your time or money. We based our entire nursery around this chair and now we are left with nothing.

It's stressful enough being a first time mom - worrying about furniture delivery shouldn't have to be something I am dealing with right now. I will never ever buy anything from this company again and will make sure to tell everyone how awful of an experience this has been.

The world is not ending. In the big scheme of things, delivering a health baby will eclipse any home décor concerns you may have.
