Pottery Barn - Credit Card Review from Deerfield Beach, Florida

Ordered a personalized bag for my daughter to be delivered on December 14th. Called on December 19th to ask for information and was told the order was scheduled to be delivered on the 24th. I said it was not actually correct but it was still fine as long as it was going to be delivered before Christmas. It didn't come and today they are not eve picking my call. Credit card was charged on December 6th hence I am taking legal action.
