Pottery Barn review in Atlanta, Georgia: On line purchase and delivery
I purchased the Graham desk hutch on line. When it arrived the UPS delivery person got it into my living room but only with my help. It weighed 149 lbs!! When I opened the box, it had to be assembled - surprise!! The top was smashed and unusable. I called PB to order a new top. They said they would send a new top but sent a whole new hutch and the same part was smashed in the same place. I am having UPS pick it up and return it since I will not go through this again! This was a $700 piece of junk!

Pottery barn shiping policy
I have registered for so many items for my wedding registry at pottery barn and am completely unsatisfied with their customer service, the quality of their items and the completely ridiculous shipping policy! I called customer service to see why so many of the items on the registry would be so delayed and why there are random shipping charges. Not only was I put on hold for 20 minutes, most of the items were not even available for another 2 months, but I could get a store to order it to get it sooner? There is no sense or logic to their reasoning other than to rip their customers off and waste our time! I would not recommend registering here or even getting a wedding present for anyone from here. They are completely inconvenient!
