This is a wonderful shop with a lot of exclusive and interesting things but customer service is just horrible! It is hard to reach by phone and if you would like to make purchase from another country you are just ignored all the time!

They say the will check the stock and call back but they never do. They do not reply to e-mail in a timely manner. Managers don't provide enough information about the products . Very sad.

We've been trying to organize and ship the order for almost a month!

And still no success because the managers never call back and don't unswer e-mails. When you make a purchase from another country it is very stressful and unsecessful.
