We ordered a sectional sofa last year and had to escalate to the CEO of Pottery Barn yo even get ANY communication on it.Once we did get with someone in her office it was resolved within a MONTH.

Apparently their fabric supplier RAN OUT of fabric. Even though it was still advertised on their web site as fast delivery. We decided to give PB another chance and ordered a chair in JULY. I still can't get any communication on the chair or a delivery date and the site shows as out of stock.

Never order PB.Yes, their stuff is beautiful, but you'll never recieve it anyway so don't both ordering.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with furniture and stated that there is a room for improvement of never receiving it. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of pottery barn chair and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1600. Pottery Barn needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
