Never order from Pottery BarnNo resolution to defective sofa
I just left the Pottery Barn store in Christian Mall in Delaware. I finally went to the store after making phone calls for the last 2 weeks since my sofa was delivered.
When sofa came there was a tear in the slipcover. Delivery person took photos and called a number and put me on the phone. A customer service rep told me a new slipcover was on the way! The next day I noticed the slipcover was also too large for the sofa and the bench seat was hard and felt nothing like it should.
Felt like there wasn't any down in it which is part of what I paid $2500 for! I called Pottery Barn and they told me there was not a slipcover on the way because a vendor named Sutter Street makes there slipcovers and it needs to go through a dispute process. I asked if they would please put a hold my Pottery Barn credit card until resolved and was told that is an issue I would need to contact Commenitu Bank. I have called several times over the past two weeks and today went to the store.
Sales manager was on hold with 4 different people and still no real answers and they would not copy me on any emails regarding how they said this would be resolved. I am beyond frustrated and will spread the word NEVER to buy from Pottery Barn
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
