Pottery Barn review - Manhattan Chair
This chair was great when we first bought it, after a year the springs popped, they took it back for a repair, popped again months later. Finally Pottery Barn replaced this chair with a new, smaller version. After a few months the color started to fade, they took it back and stained it again, the stain didn't take, looked bad from the minute they brought it back. They refused to help any further. The chair is still very comfortable but looks terrible! Don't buy one, they will not stand behind this product!

Pottery Barn doesn't care about Global Warming !

Ordered 4 items from PB. First the pillowcases were delivered. Next the flat sheet. Fitted sheet will come in another week. Pillow shams will come last - a month after the pillowcases. Each of these items are delivered separately. Not only is this ridiculous for the customer, (I'm hanging on to the pillowcases and flat sheet, unopened , just in case they never come up with the fitted sheet), but more importantly, it is such a waste of resources! Sending a truck to my house 4 different times! Ever heard of Global Warming??

Going through the exact same thing... ordered a couch in August, supposed to be delivered in Sept/Oct....

they lost a piece, will not deliver the other pieces, it's January and still no couch. Will not offer any compensation other than a gift card after the couch is delivered.

I ordered two Pendant lights on January 10, 2017 that were not available until March 10, 2017.

The date has now been pushed back with no notice from PB.

Unknowst to me, when reading other sites, PB does this all the time!
