Pottery Barn Carlisle Sofa Review

Just went to special order a new sofa which I had previously priced and printed by a pottery barn associate. When I tried to place the order we found out the sofa was only offered in two of the seven grade a fabrics. If I wanted a specific color I would have to upgrade to grade c fabric and pay significantly more. Wasted all Saturday afternoon in pottery barn dealing with this. Bait and switch
