Pottery Barn - No clue customer service!
Ordered 1st headboard at a great on sale price only to get a No Longer Available email 2 weeks later.Ordered a replacement headboard for a great on sale price (although more $ than 1st) and after 4 months of emails checking on status I was again told it was No Longer Available.
Interesting that every great deal on furniture becomes no longer available after 4 months. When checked on website item was available in different fabric or as a bed but of course at a higher price. When pressed with this info their customer service offered a 15 % off card for my trouble, really? This was already offered on their website to anyone!
Then they offered a 20% off option for a more expensive bed (double the $ I was originally spending) Excellent customer service my A**!
Don't bother wasting your time with this place.They have no clue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was poor customer service. If you have a chance, please immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
