Potterybarn representative contacted me and acknowledge the issue. They sent replacement cabinet with matching color.

I order logan office furniture set with two cabinets, two hutch and one desk in HEWN OAK finish. I received furniture and it is good quality but one cabinet has different color shade.

I emailed customer service with pictures. Two days later they replied that they cannot figure out which furniture has different shade ans asked me to specify that. I so sent same pictures and outlined the one with different shade. After that no one has replied me.

I kept replying to the same email for someone to look into but I haven't received the response from anyone. I like the furniture but after spending a lot I can't accept this set with different color shade.
