Potterybarn representative contacted me and acknowledge the issue. They sent replacement cabinet with matching color.

I order logan office furniture set with two cabinets, two hutch and one desk in HEWN OAK finish.I received furniture and it is good quality but one cabinet has different color shade.

I emailed customer service with pictures. Two days later they replied that they cannot figure out which furniture has different shade ans asked me to specify that. I so sent same pictures and outlined the one with different shade. After that no one has replied me.

I kept replying to the same email for someone to look into but I haven't received the response from anyone.I like the furniture but after spending a lot I can't accept this set with different color shade.
