Pottery Barn - No response
Ordered lamp on October 15. Called and sent email on November 5 and didn't get a clear answer as to when it will be delivered. It's November 14 and just spent 40 minutes on hold and hung up. Another email just sent out. I'm not sure what else to say but this site is making me add more. I just hope the lamp is worth the trouble. Okay, I want to send this and help others to think twice about purchasing from Pottery Barn. I'm surprised that Pottery Barn does not have user reviews on their website. Maybe this is why? Well, I'm done here.
This is the response from them last week:
I want to sincerely apologize about the delay in response. As we enter our peak season, we are experiencing an overwhelming volume of emails that has delayed our 24-48 hour response time. But I assure you, we are working diligently in reaching each email in the order we have received them.
A request has sent to our distribution center regarding an update on your order. You should receive an email respond within the next 24-48 hours.
