I'm still waiting on Pottery Barn to pick up the sofa and give me a merchandise credit. I've sent several emails but PB customer service hasn't responded since 07/02/16.

It seems their Customer Service is just as bad as their merchandise. I pursue this harder but PB has nothing I want.

Do NOT buy this sofa. I've had this sofa several months but only used it for several weeks, 2 to 3 hours a day.

After about 2 weeks the down filled back cushions lost their shape and provided no support. Customer service sent foam cushions as a replacement. They're even worse. After about 10 days they completely lost their shape.

PB customer service won't refund my money.

At first they said they would issue a merchandise credit, as if I want to buy anything else from Pottery Barn, especially after reading the review here. I paid $1500.00 for this and I'm going to have to replace it.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1500.
