I too, bought the loft bed and dresser that was on sale for a great price. My order was cancelled via email. I called them and they said there’s nothing they can do. I asked for a coupon and they flat out said “No!” I will never order from pottery barn again!

Pottery Barn Customer Care Review

I was at the naperville store with my kid to make a purchase but the ladies at the check out counter appeared rude and inaccessible. I was the only person waiting and there were three employees at the counter but no one cared to help me out. They seemed to be deliberately rude and discriminating. Never stepping into this store ever again but guess it wouldn't matter to the employees anyways.

I am disgusted and appalled by the practices of this company. Unfair business practices by Pottery Barn are unacceptable and should not be tolerated by consumers. I was charged double my payment because of a "technology" error as they could not locate my bank account that had sufficient funds to pay my bill. They would not waive the fee which is absurd. Poor practice!
