I was waiting behind one customer, who was being helped at the register.Another cashier walked up and asked me if I had any questions, I said "I'm ready to check out".

She proceeded to ignore me and talk to the other customer regarding an item she could not find. Then without acknowledging me, proceeded to grab my items, and dropped an item in the process, did not double check if it had broken {it was glass-luckily it was not broken when I opened it at home} and she was so rude.

I like Pottery Barn, but the staff service in Costa Mesa, California Location- is lacking in great customer service.I will not go back, it was such an awful experience, I did not feel valued as a customer.
