Im very disappointed after buying thousands of dollors worth of products. I purchaed 2 sconce wall lamps for our bedroom night stand area. With a couple of days we were notified that they are on back order..FOR 4-5 months. Ok, no big deal but almost daily I get emails advertising that I should buy the same exact lights before supplies run out, thereby suggesting if I buy quickly I will still get the product. Its on back order for 5 months and they are presuuring me the next day to buy the same product quickly suggesting they are nearing the end of their supply. This seems deceptive to me. Emails and calling customer service just results in response that completely ignore the issue and divert the point. Its like talking to a "wall" Gabe

Pottery Barn in Santa Barbara, California - Missing Hardware

I originally tried to buy two nightstand lamps from PB. When the first two boxes arrived, the lamps were missing critical parts. I called and was told to return the defective lamps and that two new ones would be sent. The two new lamps had the exact same parts missing. I tried to tell the customer representative that someone needs to contact the supplier to make a correction. I was told two hardware kits would be sent to me. After not hearing anything further, I called and was told that PB DOESN'T mail just hardware kits, but two new lamps would be sent instead. Hard to believe, the new lamps are also missing the same parts. No more shopping with PB for me. I'm tired of the truly shoddy way this was handled. Essentially, I was sold junk.
