I feel your pain. Have a couch and chair in their performance tweed. Since when is pilling acceptable? That store is garbage. They should be "shaved" right out of business!!

Unfortunately PB does not stand behind their vendors ordered a picture by Jennifer Meyers and it began to look terrible inside the frame. Wavy and pretty much look very unprofessional no luck when I tried to get help as I was told I was on my own regarding the vendor. Won't order from PB again also not happy with the sofa sleeper purchase

I had a sofa delivered 7/27/24, which was damaged. The delivery guy took 6-8 pics of the damage and told me they would probably have to replace it, but I'd get a call. It's now 8/14/14 and I haven't heard from anyone, despite an email to Pottery Barn requesting an investigation of the situation.
