Pottery Barn - $3000 and 6 months to get a sofa that doesn’t stay together

Ordered sofa with an 8 week production time. Ok. Received sofa that didn’t look like the one I ordered. Returned and had to be remade. New sectional attached with 1 alligator clip. Doesn’t stay together huge gaps when people sit on it. *** poor customer service eats away hours of my life. Horrible experience and I hope this company tanks.
