i submitted an order for drapes but ordered the wrong size. called customer service within a minute to change it.

they said they will put in a request for cancellation, which they cannot guarantee it. of course the items arrived and i ended up paying $55 for shipping how is this possible? they can't change an order that was placed within 60 seconds? they suck in so many ways...

they don't carry most of the items at the store and they charge you so much for shipping.

I've had other bad experience with PB and i will NEVER shop at pottery barn again. They have the worst customer service.
