Pottery Barn - Theives
I returned two items to Pottery Barn where they issued the UPS call tag and it was confirmed as received at their DOCK. This was over a month ago, and even after countless calls, emails, and letters, I have not received the credit amount.
I don't have the product, and I am left having to pay for it as it's on my Pottery Barn Credit Card and they won't do a dispute of the charges. That, to me, is a thief. They won't even speak to me now and say that there's a letter in the mail to me. That was awhile ago too.
I am not sure how to sue them or file complaints with any agency, but action should be taken.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $357.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
